Boil potatoes in water until soft. Mash potates and add butter, cheese, mustard, eggs and flour together.

1 INGREDIENTS
- Potatoes, medium 3-4
- Onions, medium and thily chopped 2
- Butter, melted 2 tbsps
- Cheese, grated 3 oz
- Plain flour 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Coriander, thinly chopped 3 tbsps
- Green chillies, thinly chopped 1 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for deep-frying
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Boil potatoes in water until soft.
- Mash potates and add butter, cheese, mustard, eggs and flour together.
- Mix them well. Add the rest of the ingredients except breadcrumbs.
- Make balls and them roll the balls first in the eggs them in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or wok and deep-fry the balls until gloden brown.
