1 INGREDIENTS
- Ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed 2
- Apples medium, cubed 2
- Cherries, stoned 8-10
- Yogurt, whisked 1 1/2 cups
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Raisins 1 teaspoon
- Cashew nuts, chopped 3-4
- Muesli, toasted 3 tbsp
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Combine the mangoes, apples and cherries and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt and sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Just before serving, mix in the chilled fruit, raisins and cashew nuts.
- Spoon into individual bowls, sprinkle the toasted muesli over and serve at once.
