1 INGREDIENTS
- Medium potatoes 1/2 kg
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 2-3 tsps
- Oil as needed
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Peel the potatoes and prick all over with a fork.
- Take 4 cups water in a vessel, add 1/2 tsp.
- turmeric powder and 2-3 tsps. salt in it and give it one boil.
- Add the potatoes in the water and give one more boil.
- Remove and drain. Heat oil in a saucepan.
- When really hot, put in the salted potatoes deep fry on a low flame.
- Serve hot. These are ideal with roasted chicken.
